PROCESSING OF SHIPMENTS
During its processing, your order is distributed to our various suppliers. Each supplier will prepare and send your package with care through a post or a delivery company. The delivery information for your package is specified in your shipping confirmation email.
The store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not comply with the security protocol, at its sole discretion. The store is not responsible for any error of the delivery address entered on the order form.

SECURITY CONTROLE
In order to protect the interests of the buyer as well as those of the store, the identification information provided during the order is regularly verified by our services to confirm the authenticity of your order. The customer is responsible for the delivery information given when ordering. The identification information, in particular the telephone number and the delivery address, must be valid since in case of invalidity of this information, the order will be canceled.


FRAUDULENT ORDER
The store has implemented procedures in order to detect all fraudulent orders. All fraudulent, or even suspicious, orders will be subject to immediate cancellation and we will block suspicious visitors to protect our site.


RIGHT TO RETRACT
In the event that you no longer want one of your orders, our customers can request the cancellation provided that it has not yet reached the status of preparation and shipment. If your order is eligible for a refund: we invite you to quickly contact our customer service via the "Address, product or duplicate order error" section of our "Contact us" page. You will then be offered a refund for your order, less a 20% processing fee. Note that this will be done by the banks within ten working days, directly on the card used when paying for your order.


DOUBLE ORDER
In the event that you place a duplicate order, either inadvertently or due to a technical error or otherwise, please contact us immediately and we will cancel the excess order.


OUT OF STOCK
In the event of a product out of stock in the order, our customer service will contact our friendly customers by email in order to promptly notify them. You will then be offered several options. Our service will attempt to reach customers for a period of 7 days before an automatic action is taken. In the event of an unavailable product and impossibility of contacting the customer, a refund of the product (s) concerned will take place. If the color is not available and the customer cannot be contacted, another color will be sent.


THE RATES
The prices appearing in the catalog are prices in euros and excluding taxes. We invite you to consult the additional costs that could be added to your order. (Bank, customs, VAT *, * non-exhaustive list *). Such additional costs would be charged to the customers. The shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one invoiced to the buyer. The prices displayed do not include transport costs.


PRODUCT PHOTOS
In view of the different suppliers for each product, please note that the photos are not contractual. The products received may have slight differences in appearance but their functionality remains the same.

TRANSPORT BOXES
Our company wants to do its part in safeguarding the environment. In order to try to reduce the consumption of packaging, our products will be sent without additional containers (safe packaging guaranteed). If you would like to get the original container for your product, please indicate it as a comment on your order.
