Return policy

WARRANTY

General Warranty: Our products are covered only by the manufacturer guarantee. The order number and any information related to the creation of a return file may be requested to activate the guarantee. Photos or videos may be required. The costs of the return of the packages are the responsibility of the clientele.

Exclusion of Warranty: The guarantee will lapse in the event of inappropriate use of the product, or of the opening and modifications by the customers of the said product.

Warranty Extension: The guaranteed return of a product does not extend the warranty period.

Return for Warranty:No product return without our prior agreement will be processed. All references must be made in the original packaging or in a secure packaging, with the product of the accessories provided.

Warranty Service: Please contact our customer service for any use of the warranty or for information about its application.


ARTICLE 1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our products are all offered as a final sale. This effect takes note as soon as the order reaches the preparation and sending status. In case your order has not yet reached this state: we invite you to quickly contact our customer service via the section "Error of address, product or double order" on our "Contact us" page. A refund of your order will then be offered, less the processing fee of 20 %. This will be done directly by refund of the transaction on the card used when paying your order. Please note that banks may take ten business days to make this repayment effective.

ARTICLE 2. BAD PRODUCTS


It is the responsibility of our customers to check the compliance of the package upon arrival. If all or part of the parcel is not his order, our customers have 2 working days in order to send us the package. Please contact our customer service department for the installation of verification and return procedures. A replacement of the product or a valid purchase refund on all our shops * (corresponding to the amount of your purchase and the shipping costs) will be available within 7 working days after receipt of the return package.

ARTICLE 3. COLOR ERROR

If the color of the product received is not the one ordered, please contact our customer service for the launch of a return and exchange procedure. A product replacement will take place after receipt of the return package.


ARTICLE 4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

From the date of receipt of the order, our customers have 2 working days to warn us of any concern about a product. Please contact our customer service department for the installation of verification and return procedures. Any product that is determined to be defective by the manufacturer or our after sale service team may be repaired or replaced.

It will be up to you to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return charge will be deducted from the refund.
